The mission of Whitescarver Engineering Company is to design, install and service high quality heating, cooling, ventilating and refrigeration systems. We recognize that service to our customers, commitment to quality, and maintaining highly trained professional personnel are the ingredients to our success. To facilitate this we will establish education, incentive, research, and quality control programs that will help maintain and monitor all facets of our business. During our work we will respect customers’ property and keep it clean. We will be punctual for our appointments.

We will treat all employees fairly and compensate them in accordance with their performance and contributions to the firm. A safe, clean, friendly work environment will be maintained at all times. We will offer continuing education to all associates so they may advance in their field.

We will respect our suppliers and treat them fairly because we are only as good as they are.

In all that we do, we will be careful with our fragile environment. We will abide by all local, state and federal regulations that help protect it. We will recycle products whenever possible.
